Plant Overview

This is plant have following processes:

  • Zinc Nickel Rack plant- We have a fully automatic zinc nickel plating plant with all process controls. The plant is PLC operated with SCADA for all process times, temperature and current. We have silver as well as black passivation online. XRF machine available.
  • Alkaline Zinc Rack plant- Fully automatic PLC operated zinc plating plant with SCADA and fully equipped LAB. FISCHER DFT meter available.
