Plant Overview

This is plant have following processes:

  • Alkaline zinc Rack plating- We have 2 PLC operated zinc plating rack lines with all process controls. We have a large variety of products running on our lines. We have online passivations to deliver products as per customer requirements.
  • Copper plating- We have automatic alkaline copper plating barrel line with vibro and H2D provisions.
  • Silver plating- We are undertaking projects in silver plating on steel, bronze and aluminum alloys.
