This is our first plant founded in 1987. We have following processes at this plant:

• Aluminum Zinc flake coating- Fully automatic (PLC and SCADA) Dip spin line with conveyorised oven. Automatic Spray booth. We have the licensed product of Geomet and Dacromet from NOF, Japan. We also have a fully equipped lab and state of art accessories required for delivering superior quality zinc flake coating.
• Barrel plating lines- We have 2 Fully automatic PLC operated barrel lines for zinc, zinc nickel and zinc iron plating with very strong process controls. We have a fully equipped lab, XRF machine, hydrogen de embrittlement ovens.
• Manual Zinc plating- We process long pipes of upto 6 meters in length that require inner and outer plating. We are pioneers and market leaders in ID & OD plating. We also have a latest rotary tank for homogenous plating with maximum throwing power.
